Three main playlist tasks

Manage content selection and display order in the panel; mandatory content is excluded from optional removal.

Add content

Choose an available video and place it where you want in the schedule.

Change the order

Move scheduled items and save an arrangement suited to your center.

Remove from the schedule

Remove optional videos from the playlist; administrator-designated mandatory videos cannot be removed.

Playlists, mandatory content and instant playback are different

The playlist defines the normal display order. A mandatory video cannot be removed by your center; that does not, on its own, mean instant playback.

Requesting instant playback is a separate action. Execution depends on the service response, device status and media readiness.

Review the schedule once before publishing

Start with a few relevant educational videos and a clear introduction to your services. Check old files and messages so outdated information does not remain in the playback cycle.

After saving, allow for the device to receive the new version. Changing the panel and preparing content on the TV are two separate stages.

  1. 1

    Choose for your specialty

Review the video's title and content.

  2. 2

    Check the order and restrictions

Review the arrangement and keep mandatory content in place.

  3. 3

Save and receive on the device

A connection is required to receive changes and new files.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to questions that come up when reviewing this capability.

What does the smart playlist do?

Add available videos to the playback schedule, move them into position and save the arrangement. The connected device receives the new version and plays prepared content according to the schedule.

Does AI choose content for the practice?

Authorized users control content selection and ordering. Smart does not mean automatic recommendations or AI selection; arrange the schedule to suit your center's specialty and audience.

Can I remove any video from the playlist?

Optional videos can be removed, but administrator-designated mandatory videos cannot. This restriction is enforced when editing the schedule.

How does instant playback differ from changing the order?

Reordering changes the normal playlist arrangement. An instant-play request follows a separate process and depends on the service response, device connectivity and file readiness. A video's mandatory status does not by itself mean instant playback.

Why hasn't a saved change appeared on the TV yet?

First, check device connectivity and whether file downloads are complete. Saving in the panel and receiving on the device are separate stages; an offline device cannot receive the new version until it reconnects.

What content mix should I start with?

Start with short educational videos relevant to your center's specialty, clear service introductions and essential announcements. Review the order from a visitor's perspective and have medical or custom information approved by your center before publication.
