1. Acceptance of terms
By using the website, viewing the demo or submitting a form, you accept these terms and the privacy policy . If you disagree, do not use the relevant functionality.
2. Website scope and purpose
This website introduces WaitCast, its features, uses, base pricing and demo, and accepts order enquiries. Website material alone is not a binding sales offer, service-level commitment or custom technical undertaking.
3. Demo and order enquiries
- The demo may be limited, read-only or contain sample data.
- Demo access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, security or product changes.
- Submitting a form is a request to be contacted and does not guarantee a contract.
- Contact information must be accurate and belong to the user or the organization they represent.
4. Pricing, payment and contracts
Public website pricing is a starting point for a base subscription. Equipment, installation, the number of displays or branches, content production, customization and support requirements can change the final cost.
Payment methods, taxes, renewals, termination, refunds and service levels are determined only in the final pro forma invoice or contract. Where they differ, the signed contract takes precedence.
5. Permitted use
Users must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to servers, the panel or data;
- Use bots or excessive requests to disrupt services or extract data at scale;
- Submit malicious code, misleading information or data belonging to others;
- Republish the WaitCast brand in a way that falsely implies endorsement or a business relationship;
- Circumvent security restrictions or intellectual property rights.
WaitCast may restrict access that is suspicious or violates these terms.
6. Medical content
Medical information and sample website content provide general education and illustrate product use; they do not replace a doctor's diagnosis or treatment. Responsibility for approving each center's custom content and permissions for images and claims is specified in the contract.
7. Intellectual property and third-party services
The WaitCast name and logo, design, text, images, videos, software and website code belong to WaitCast or their respective licensors. Viewing the website grants no permission to reproduce, sell, reverse engineer or use trademarks.
Third-party links and services, including contact tools, social networks, SMS and analytics, are subject to their providers' own terms.
8. Availability, changes and liability
The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, internet disruptions, third-party services or events outside our control. WaitCast may update website content, capabilities and routes.
To the extent permitted by law, WaitCast is not liable for losses resulting from reliance solely on general website descriptions, misuse of the demo or interruptions to third-party services. Suspension or termination of purchased services is governed by the customer's contract.
9. Changes to terms and governing law
Updated versions of these terms are published on this page with a revision date. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation and, if unresolved, are subject to the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the competent authorities.
